" I Loved this Motel! It was so nice to pull car right to my door and the system to get in and out my door worked great. The room itself was so clean and comfortable. Loved having an extra sink also. Which I had came in the summer and been able to use pool. Owner has done a great job on this place. Will highly recommend to family and friends coming in. Fabulous bed too!"

"The inside is updated and nice, as is the outside of the building. The wood door really should be replaced as it lacks security and privacy. The shade covering the door window is ripped and no longer fits so we hung toilet paper on the sides for more privacy. The unit is decorated nicely; maybe an area rug would give it more of a homey/welcoming feeling. Price was excellent. "

"The property is older, but that lends to its charm. The rooms were large and extremely clean! The area is quiet and we got a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!!"

"We were given a room that wasn't cleaned but was then goven an upgraded room so it was okay to us. Complimemtary breakfast was a definite bonus with better-than-expected choice of continental breakfast items. Overrall, not bad but the attitude of the staff was below par and needs better training. "Very nice management, changed my room for me because I needed accessibility. Clean room. Very quiet. The mattresses are standard hotel mattresses, a bit firm for my personal tastes, but I slept fine. I’d only note that there aren’t enough electrical sockets around the bed to accommodate CPap and all the electronic gizmos we have these days. I will gladly stay there again."

"The room was clean. Right in town, but the bathroom was terrible, if you have any knee issues. The toilet was not ADA approved. It was like a grade school old fashioned toilet."

"If you have tried to get a hotel near Traverse City in any time except the dead of winter you know that the prices for hotels are bananas. I was drawn in by a very reasonable price for a weekend stay but I worried that it would be a stone cold dump. When we arrived we were pretty sure we were getting a dump. The parking lot/exterior/lobby is a bit rough. The room however, was pretty good. Comfortable and spacious. Had all the items that you wanted. We didnt use the pool but the indoor pool...

"The home is very spacious and comfortable. Very nice furnishings with so many extra pillows :) The kitchen is well appointed and clean. The location is great, but there is serious construction in progress on Front Street. Neighbors upstairs were moving furniture and practicing walking in high heels in the evening and into the early morning. I slept through it but my teen could not. We had a great first visit to TC and this was a very convenient place for home base."
