The staff were very nice and the room was well-kept. It felt very cozy and wasn't far at all from major stores in case there was ever something I needed. Room service was super polite as well, I am not disappointed by the stay. I hadn't tried their breakfast to write a review but the beds were too comfy to get up from.

Friendly staff, nice pool area and great breakfast. The most important thing about a hotel was lacking, however. The beds were as hard and stiff as the floor they sat on.

It’s a nice hotel stay in traverse City. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly. It’s about 10 minutes away from downtown Traverse City to do shopping and dining.

Decent hotel for the area.

The hotel is nice, staff is great and the breakfast was decent. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and some of the towels weren’t the cleanest. Overall would stay here again.

The hotel is a little older but seemed clean. There are other business buildings pretty close to and surrounding the hotel. It is only 2 story and kind of a long building. We seemed to have to walk a lot to get to our room which was ok for us but may not be for others. Staff was very friendly.
