"The overall stay was amazing, excellent breakfast, salt water pool was decent just wish it was deeper then 3 1/2 feet. The staff was quite but very helpful when needed, the rooms where super clean with a outstanding view of the surrounding area. The bar was really cool except for the lady bar tender, she was naturally rude and smug about everything. But all in all it wasn't a bad place for the price"

"Unfortunately, the gentleman that checked us in was not trained very well when the fire alarms went off he did not have a clue what to do so we followed the direction from the fire department when they showed up. When we arrived, the person checking us in gave us the pool hours and then once we settled into our room, we found out the pool was closed due to an issue from the day before and they offered us a pool at the hotel, Next Door not a very professional offer. I did contact Expedia and they did a great job helping us out, and I also did contact the general manager of the hotel. He did apologize for the lack of training of the person that was there checking us in and dealing with the fire alarms. His plan was to be sure this person is retrained as needed, which we appreciate on the Plus side since we decided to still spend the night there the breakfast was very good and Reina did a wonderful job taking care of the breakfast area the food was very good and also the whole kitchen area was spotless. Doesn’t get any better than that which helped make the issues of the day before a bit better thank you, Reina."

"Very disappointed by the whole experience. Booked six rooms all rooms were dusty and untidy. Stains on the bedsheets, not enough shampoo and missing towels. As we are a sporting group we expected a swimming pool to be available. This was advertised for width. It’s out of order until May and it looked disgusting. Should not be coming there ever again."

"Breakfast was amazing. Staff was awesome little annoying there was a ton of children for a baseball tournament, running through the hallways and a little unruly. "

"When we arrived, we had to speak to someone who was remotely checking people in via a kiosk. Not impressed. We asked for extra pillows & towels several times, first being told it would be an hour, then they would leave them if we weren’t in the room. We asked again and someone brought them at 10:30 pm. The door of our room was barely secure. The deadbolt didn’t fully engage. The towels were tiny. There were no wash cloths, no hair dryer. This is an extended stay hotel, people let the access door at the end of the hall slam shut when coming & going, you can hear people talking and walking around in other rooms. It’s cheap, but I don’t recommend staying here if you like sleeping or having a door that locks properly."

"The room had not been cleaned thoroughly and the window was left slightly open from the previous guests which was not noticed. Only other complaint was that breakfast did not have many choices and was not well stocked."

"Room was still dirty. Mostly the kitchen counter and other counters. I was in a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes the whole time. Couldn’t air out because the bathroom fan wasn’t working. All in all what a waste of money. Most hotels are, but this one takes the cake."

"The stay was OK. I expected more since it had the Marriott name on the hotel. I was given a room on the first floor, right next to the lobby, and sharing a wall with the kitchen. It was terrible, to say the least. Very noisy, lots of clanging around, loud voices from the lobby into the night. The manager was less than accomodating. I was told that there were no other rooms since they were all "preassigned" and when I asked for help with my heating/cooling system (since I couldnt get the fan to stay on to mask the noise) I was told that the fan will no longer run continuously since its a "safety hazard to not keep shutting off and on thru the night", even though our friends on another floor had theirs continuously run in "fan" mode. Also, the hotel smelled of weed on several occasions even though it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast cost extra, and even ice in your drink cost $3 extra at the bar. Prices were very steep,and food looked OK on the menu, but I only saw one time where food was being made for customers. Everyone else stayed away. Not sure if it was the prices or the quality of food. I would not stay here again, and am disappointed by the Marriott name being on this hotel.. "
