"Hotel and room were very clean and looked newly updated. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. However, the pool was out of order during our stay which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. One of my sons forgot his toothbrush so I sent him to the front desk to ask for one since they have signs saying to ask if you forgot something because they can provide many common toiletries. Person at the front desk told him they didn’t have any. The convenience shop was also pretty bare and not replenished during our stay. The room walls are paper thin. You hear everything in the hall like it’s happening in the room. They even provide ear plugs so I’m assuming it’s a common complaint. Not a terrible experience, just not a great one either."
