"This is a wonderful 6 month old hotel. Breakfast was not included but they offered me food. They were having food donated i assume because of the war declaration. They were very thorough to make sure i knew where the bomb shelter was. We used it once but it may have been a false alarm. They have a small parking lot which is fantastic for Tel Aviv. The rooms were beautiful, i would have liked to have stayed longer but had to rush down south to leave the country. The surrounding area was nice...

"The AC in my room didn’t work on arrival. The room was 30 degrees. It was fixed within a couple of hours. Airport transfer that I pre-booked didn’t arrive so I had to take a regular taxi However I requested a king bed and they only offered me two single beds. The gym is ruled by the PR’s who occupy every item of equipment. Leaving their towels and phones on various items and then treat you with disdain if you dare to move them to use the equipment.
