The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. "Probably the friendliest hotel I have been to. The staff, all the staff are excellent can’t do enough to help you. Rooms are good quality, pool area and sun deck is great. Breakfast is amazing quality and plentiful. Drinks and other meals are reasonably priced and good quality. I’ve extended my stay by an extra night (owing to Middle East flight issues) and arranging that was easy. Location is ideal for the waterfront I have walked there and back a lot. Hotel provides transport or an uber is literally £2-3. The only thing, which made me smile is the “harbour view” it’s a working port with containers being moved about. But technically it’s a harbour view. But Balamory it is not. I can’t fault this hotel in anyway. "
