"Chateau on the Lake was a last minute booking but we were so happy we chose this hotel. The views were amazing and the staff were all so welcoming and friendly! The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake!! Breakfast was great with amazing views! Very relaxing atmosphere !"

"Breakfast had many options and it changed daily. Very clean eating area. My only complaint is the mattress was wearing down. I know they are putting in new mattresses in some of the rooms. Pool area was huge and so nice as well as the Fitness room. I definitely will stay here on my next visit to Branson. "

"The staff was overwhelmingly excellent they made sure everything you needed and wanted you received it We had a problem with our air conditioner but it was fixed immediately. Front desk staff was remarkably excellent. Manager on duty at the time we were there went out of his way to make sure he always said hello to greet us"

"The unit was spacious and very clean. The TV remote didn't work, but they came and replaced the batteries right away. You do need to take charger plugs, because the only outlet they had was on the clock by the bed. The bed was comfortable. It was away from the main strip by couple miles. The area was very quiet. I would recommend it to anyone."

"I would book again everybody was well polite nice the breakfast was good the rooms were clean the bathrooms were a little small but that's okay and parking was convenient the pool was nice it was nice to have one in every building so you didn't have to go chase it all the way completely down"

"Very nice lodge. In the middle of Branson behind the strip so walkable to everything, but felt like you were in the forest. Pool area was resort style and perfect for adults or kids."

"The rooms were nice. I liked the balconies. The pool and hot tub was nice too. There was a gym, but some of the equipment did not work. One thing that annoyed me immensely was that they hit me up with a $60 per room "resort fee" that was apparently above and beyond what I pre-paid. I was pretty vocal about my thoughts on that and they waived the fee. But it was still annoying. Perhaps we are told about it when we reserve the room on Hotels.com and I missed it? The layout of the hotel was a bit odd. To get to our room, we had to park at the bottom of the hill, go through the indoor pool, take an elevator up one floor, go down a hall, turn a corner and down another hall, then up another elevator and down that hall. It wasn't too bad, just odd and inconvenient. There is an option to walk up the hill, so there is that. The hotel has a show you can pay for. To get to it, you have to work your way down to the parking lot, take yet another elevator to "5", which is the same level as the restaurant/bar ("level 2" from the other side). Then work your way around to the show. If you go through the closed restaurant, you could probably go more direct. We were there early May, so a lot was off because of the timing, but the restaurant was closed. We were able to order drinks at the bar, but technically I think they were closed. Lots of stuff cluttering the bar area and the drinks were not very good. The vending machines were mostly empty. But there were some basic choices."
