"The Hotel was very good but an important reason for booking was that they had laundry facilities but it was more like a laundry service which is not the same.This was disappointing but otherwise highly recommended."

"The Adlon Kempinski hotel is exquisite. Its location can’t be beat. The Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag are literally right outside the hotel. Our room was well furnished and it had everything that we needed. The decor in our room was just as beautiful as the rest of the hotel. We had an amazing breakfast upstairs with a beautiful view of the American Embassy and the Brandenburg Gate. The staff is what makes this hotel superb from the doormen, the receptionist, concierge, housekeeping, bartenders, and the lady-in-red. We stayed there for five days and we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to visit the Adlon Kempinski again. "
