"Hôtel très bien situé près de la gare. Déjeuner très varié et excellent. Chambre et personnel parfaits. J y retournerais sans hésiter ."

"- Room not cleaned / towels not replaced despite multiple requests. - TV did not work yet technician never came (also requested). - Shower ran constantly varying from cold to scolding hot. - Room very warm, no temperature control. "

"All good, breakfast was 27 euro so we didn't try it. Room was clean, sheets fantastic cotton. Tv only had German speaking channels, and no option for Netflix sign in. Only prob was that we couldn't change the heating / aircon. It was set to 19 degrees, which was fine for day, but too hot for night. Balcony door open gave some relief, but for the noise. Location is great. "

"The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of the TV tower and shopping mall. The only issue was with our room that had a smell from the sewer, but would less when the air conditioner was running."

Quite compact, I was in a double room on my own and there wasn’t much space or storage for my 5 days of clothes etc. looks like the hotel has been renovated recently, everything pretty fresh and functional. Great little gym which I was very glad of, all new equipment."

"El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica (se puede llegar a cualquier parte de Berlin desde Alexanderplatz). La habitacion del hotel era cómoda, espaciosa y estaba muy limpia. El desayuno (por 23 euros) es un buffet bastante con completo con opciones dulces, saladas, panes, frutas, fiambres, bebidas, etc."
