"The shower drain was clogged, and after using it for about 10 minutes, the water overflowed. I requested to change rooms, but my request was denied because I was told it would be repaired. A repair technician came immediately, but the issue was not fixed at that time (it was fixed the following day). In addition, the telephone in the room was broken and completely unusable."

"Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!"

I am mentioning this because I've come across some other hotels recently that did have a fridge in the room. Gym and sauna in the basement a definite bonus. Staff are friendly. The hotel exudes a calming and relaxed atmosphere. What's not to like?"
