"Cozy and comfortable house so close to all Stockbridge has to offer. I so enjoyed walking into town in the morning. I am a walker (my husband not as much) but we were both so grateful that we could walk to dinner prior to heading out to see a couple shows at Tanglewood. Claudia's property is less than 15 minutes from Tanglewood, which was another plus. The house is very clean and had all the necessary pots, pans, coffee makers, etc. to make our breakfast at home before heading out for the day.Claudia is also very responsive. We needed a little help with how to enter the premises, and she responed in less than a minute.We would stay here again, highly recommend!"

"Bed was quite comfortable and the setting was in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent proximity to Tanglewood. And host gave exceptional information regarding local eateries and things to do. I would have liked to have known at booking that the owner does not accept credit (as the hotels.com app allows for the appearance of down payment by credit). All was well resolved at time of arrival but more accurate information on the description at booking would be helpful and clarifying. Also this is more of a private room rental than hotel stay. Also well and good, though again, accurate representation via hotels.com description should make this more clear. All in all a good stay and would recommend for anyone seeking a very close stay for Tanglewood performances. "

"The house is just about perfect! We were able to get in quickly and many of the lights are intuitive - in logical places - so even though we didn't arrive till dusk, all was easy getting in.As we wandered and learned more about the house, we all marveled at the comfort. Chairs are comfortable, tables set in logical, easy reach, kitchen easily learnable. We enjoyed the art and the lack of sterility.We also enjoyed the nesting birds above the kitchen door. Mama was pretty cranky whenever we were in the dining area but I like to think that she got used to us and realized that we were all enchanted watching her come and go and feed her babies. We even saw one of them fledge! The second one was a bit later and we missed that one leaving but later that day, it was clear that the nest was empty. Thank you for the note on the door!I have two suggestions (?). One is that the master bedroom toilet has a loose rubber gasket which means that the toilet leaks slowly. Not a huge deal but pretty easily fixable, I believe.The other is that it might be a thought to put tall stakes as markers at the two large rocks on either side of the top of the driveway. By the time we left, we had them pretty much scoped out but still felt compelled to have someone outside the car to guide the driver. A couple of those thin orange rods might work well. We had three people in our party who have bum knees and so chose to use the upper entrance. Many thanks!!"
