We greatly appreciate a pet friendly hotel with no extra pet fees! Hotel was dated but had charm and we loved using the pool at the beautiful Red Lion.

A adjunct to the famed and expensive Red Lion Inn, this staff-free all digital check in facility offered a clean quiet overnight rest. Checked all the boxes for what we wanted. Good value for money.

Feels a bit too self-serve

This place is kinda nice... design is nice. Room is comfy. But it strikes me as a a bit overpriced considering no one is ever on site. No front desk, no cleaning staff. If you need something, you need to drive to the Red Lion Inn about 10 minutes away. Also, sounds travel in this hotel. This usually dies down around 11... but until then, you hear everything next door.

My stay here was very pleasant. Booking was a breeze and I did like the fact they were easy to communicate with and checking in was so easy. Love the simplicity. Whenever I have to travel back to that town I will surely stay here again. In fact I will be next week.

Easy parking and short drive to town. Grounds are well cared for. Self check in was easy. Our bathroom light/vent sounded like a jet engine and the air conditioning unit was noisy. The door to our bathroom looked like it had been scratched by an unhappy dog. Perhaps because it is pet friendly, it’s difficult to keep the bathroom floors clean?

Little Lion Inn provides very basic services in very clean facilities with a welcome atmosphere at the Red Lion Inn. a few miles up the road. There is nothing very remarkable about the property — but the Berkshires provide plenty of opportunities for beauty, well designed gardens, places to walk and relax.

Properly marketed and described. No particular amenities (aside from WiFi), but lots was apparently available at the mother ship, in town. But I wasn’t there for amenities, and I expect most guests weren’t. Clean room, easy parking, my dog was welcome. Busy road out front, but set back far night that I never heard any noise from there. Good place, would recommend

Eh..it’s an overpriced motel

It’s a FINE motel but that is just what it is..a MOTEL. No coffeemaker or breakfast offered. For the amount of money we paid there should be some services available! Self check in and you can use the main hotel amenities that is located three miles down the road. It’s fine but it’s too hefty of a price tag for a motel.

great for road trips

this is a great little roadside motel that is perfect for road trips. clean and convenient. close to hoking if you like. minimal but totally fine. it’s what you want on a road trip
