"Great location! Staff was helpful and nice. There was plenty of staff which was great. Some places have minimal staff which can be frustrating checking in/out, asking questions, etc. They were well staffed. Shout out to Julia. She went above and beyond to help me with a few things. She took initiative, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She’s an asset to the hotel for sure!"

"Clean room and helpful staff. Great location convenient to shopping and restaurants and within walking distance to several tourist attractions. Spa amenities we wonderful. I was hoping for a more equipment in the fitness area, but what was available was in excellent condition and very clean."

"We loved this hotel!! The location was perfect! It’s opposite the main station which was fantastic for our arrival, trips out to konigsee and eagles nest and leaving to our next destination. The hotel room was really large with a gorgeous balcony. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The pass for free local transport was a great bonus!"
