The rooms were hot, especially at night and to sleep on ground floor with windows wind open and curtains drawn was not ideal . Rooms were clean and breakfast was nice

Perfect terrace view

This hotel is very well done and sits on a hill with it's terrace overlooking the view. Everything you need is right in this place. The staff were so wonderful, the room was large and so comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were delicious.

Chambre à l’étage de la réception avec vue sur le parking arrière. Lumière ouverte la nuit, on voit les gens passer directement sur le parking si la fenêtre est ouverte, on a l’impression qu’ils sont dans la chambre. On aurait préféré une chambre vue montagnes, mais ils doivent privilégier les clients qui réservent directement avec eux et non avec Expedia !

Hotel in guter Lage mit schöner Terrasse in guter Lage. Parkmöglichkeiten bei vollem Hotel schwierig, muss man Platz in Tiefgarage(kostenpflichtig) nehmen. Die Standardzimmer ähneln eher einem Economyzimmer, da die meisten sich in weniger guter Lage befinden (neben Rezeption, oder Aufzug/Treppenaufgang= sehr laut in der Nacht, wenn andere Gäste nach Hause kommen), im EG hat man "Blick" auf Parkplatz (auch lauter nachts), Zimmer sehr dunkel, ohne Balkon, kein Deckenlicht vorhanden. Wir reisen wirklich sehr, sehr viel, aber das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Zimmer für fast € 150.- die Nacht. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker mit großer Auswahl!

We had a wonderful stay! The location and the view were spectacular. The breakfast was very good and there were adequate COVID precautions. We will definitely be back!

Overrated and overpriced

We booked a standard double room, which looked nice in the pic here. We got a dark bedroom under the roof with a tiny skylight plus a meeting room that had be turned into a lounge. It was big but soulless and depressing. We asked to change to a standard double but this was refused unless we paid 25% extra. Very rude receptionist who showed no customer service at all. Plus the bed had rubberised undersheets so it was like sleeping on a plastic bag. Don't waste your money. Stay elsewhere.

Great location and view . Amazingly friendly and great food / restaurant . Room was basic and no ac. We were in ground floor with view of car park outside window. Room so hot but couldn’t open window fully as ground level . Security light kept clicking on . Got no sleep . Commented when left and told Expedia gets the cheap rooms . Spoilt whole trip :(
