lovely stay in a gorgeous part of the Dordogne

We had a wonderful time staying in Berbiguieres! It was a fantastic base for kayaking, cycling and visiting gorgous towns. We enjoyed eating outside. Ines was so welcoming and helpful - with wonderful advice about the local area. It really was a summer to remember.

A very beautiful place

Our host, Ines, welcomed us heartily and with a bottle of her favorite wine. The old barn has everything you need, we missed nothing. A small part of the garden is fenced, so our dog could stay outside alone the hole day and night. The village and the old barn-house with garden is a very, very beautiful place, calm, quiet, perfect to relaxe. After 2 weeks it was hard to leave. A donkey was our neighbour and the kids loved to feed her. In the morning a little deer visited us in the garden. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, wich is in the backround garden. Old trees spend shadow there. Ines, our host, was always reachable, when we had questions. She is a very nice and friendly lady. A 5 minute ride you are in St. Cyprien, a smaller town, with a supermarket, boulangeries and two times a week, a typical market. So, we would stay there again! Thanks Ines!

Lovely character with large garden and great views.

Beautiful spacious, generously equipped villa with lots of character and thoughtfully furnished. Lovely large interesting garden, with multiple areas to enjoy with stunning views of chateau and hamlet. We particularly enjoyed BBQ's and the small pool for cooling off. Innes was helpful, generous, friendly and discreet.

Logement parfaitement conforme à l'annonce (literie fournie, linge de maison, vaisselle en grande quantité, wi-fi fonctionne parfaitement, tout l'électroménager fonctionne... tout est OK). Endroit très calme, logement propre, literie confortable, salle d'eau propre. La partie de jardin clôturée à permis aux enfants de jouer en sécurité. Herbe tondue / abords entretenus. Les enfants ont adoré rendre visite à l'ânesse. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Location très décevante

À notre arrivée, une odeur épouvantable de renfermé, de vieux et de pipi de chat nous a accueillis. Commodes et armoires inutilisables à cause d'une odeur insupportable. WC sales, vaisselle douteuse (nous avons du tout relaver). Une cuillère en bois moisie traînait même dans le lave-vaisselle. Cuisine datée, étagère cassée, gamelles empilées. Frigo non branché, aucun rangement pour les courses. Wifi inexistant, les accès donnés étant ceux de la voisine, mais aucun réseau disponible. Accès jardin dangereux : escalier avec pierres manquantes, pas de rampe. Salon de jardin sale (table, chaises, chaises longues), nettoyé nous-mêmes. Piscine hors sol en mauvais état, échelle cassée, sous les arbres : eau sale et glaciale. Jardin non entretenu, herbe haute. Accès partie haute dangereux : marches en pierre envahies de végétation ou marches en bois avec des bouts de bois qui dépassaient. Clôture électrique avec ânesse, odeur/mouches et dangereux pour le chien. Branchements électriques dangereux dans la SDB. Les avis mentionnent un hôte attentionné et une bonne communication, mais nous n'avons pas eu cette chance. L'hôte était hospitalisé juste avant notre arrivée, mais les problèmes relevés ne datent pas d'hier et sa présence n'aurait rien changé. Points positifs : lits faits à l'arrivée, serviettes fournies, mais c'était prévu et indiqué dans l'annonce ! Maison bien située pour visites de la région, supermarché à proximité, vue sur le donjon depuis le jardin, barbecue neuf.

Joli havre de paix au milieu du Périgord

Super wn chez Inès! La maison avec son jardin est paisible et super agréable ! Idéal pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer en toute sécurité et apporter leur affection a Nanou l'âne, qui est discret et tout mignon. Bien équipées. Les lits sont supers confortables. La maison idéal pour des vacances reposantes à la campagne

Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour dans la maison d Inés. Le cadre est magnifique. La localisation est idéale pour visiter le Périgord noir. Le village est paisible et très joli. Sans compter le petit plus qui est la piscine dans un jardin magnifique très végétal. Une maison qui reste fraîche malgres les grosses chaleurs .
