Hotel is not far away from the JR and bus station. Room is spacious, clean and come with complimentary candy and jelly. Staff is really nice and friendly. When they saw us taking picture, they offered to help us. Would love to stay in the hotel again.

This was our first stay at a traditional Japanese inn. The place is relatively small and feels very personal. The staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The decor, style and presentation was fantastic.

Modern clean Ryokan with large in&outdoor onsen
Modern ryokan with very clean onsen (indoor and outdoor). Bamboo floor and wall decorations giving it a very clean and modern feel. Traditional Japanese room is large with a large bathroom (not that u need as onsen is very large too) and separate toilet.

Very comfortable room and dinner and breakfast was good. The exterior was a bit lacking but once you got inside it was nice.

Staff are very friendly & some of them can speak English. They waited outside the hotel in case some guests got lost when we arrived the hotel. Good dinner & breakfast Clean & tidy hotel A bit too warm in the dinning room on 2/fl, but it is a very small detail.

Hana Beppu is on the quiet side of Beppu Station. Love the Muji feel to the entire interior. calming and cozy. Excellent hospitality from the staff.

Good experience with kind staff overall. I liked the comfortable lobby lounge space with a nice garden view and steam bath exclusive for female. Cleanliness of room was not perfect, unfortunately but was not major problem. I will come back if I have a chance.

I can’t imagine how this hotel and their staff could be better! The rooms are excellent and the food superb. The staff are outside waiting to welcome you. They will remember your name, remember how you put on your shoes and anticipate your needs. They know what you want before you know yourself.

Nice ryokan, 10 min walk from Beppu station located towards the mountain side, thus quieter. Had a relaxing time and was able to immerse the ryokan experience.

また来たいです
お部屋の洗面台の栓が塞がりかけていましたが、それ以外は何も困ること無くむしろ快適に過ごさせて頂きました。 自分は初めてだったのですが、好きな枕を選んで使用できるのも面白かったです。 大浴場もとても綺麗にされていて酸素風呂は特に全身ポカポカに温まりました。 あと、靴をエントランスでお預けするのですが外に出る時足を入れると暖かかったのも嬉しかったてす。 最寄り駅から少し離れてはいますが、だからこそ静かだったし近くにコンビニもあったので個人的には不便さも感じませんでした。

普通的酒店，住宿還可以，我是包含早晚餐的，但食物非常小，只適合減肥中的女士，沒有風景，就在大馬路邊，戶外溫泉就是圍著板只有上面的小通氣口

i booked two rooms in this hotel, me and my family were really enjoyed in this stay. The front desk staffs and the restaurant staffs services were perfect. Also, the meals are really delicious and unexpected. This hotel provide a very good price with and outstanding services. i will definitely share to my friends and family if they come to Beppu for next time.

很舒服的別府溫泉酒店
第一次去到一間溫泉酒店由入門至離開一刻都不用穿鞋。因為全間酒店都舖了tatami，所以連行李箱都被清潔乾淨才送上房間。 可能因為有小朋友，upgrade我們了一間大房，很開心，房間很大很舒適，滿分。 一泊兩食方便，招待十分周到，但食物就沒太驚喜。 整體來說，整間酒店的接待都很有禮貌很欣勤，有賓至如歸的感覺，地點方便，有機會會再入住。
洗手間很大，但因為去了大浴場，沒有使用浴室

너무나도 편히 있다 온 숙소에요!
친구랑 둘이 이틀 숙박했는데 숙소 너무 예뻤구 직원분들 다들 너무너무 친절하셨어요! 한국어를 조금 하시는 분이 계셔서 덕분에 편했어요. 조식이랑 가이세키요리 신청해서 이틀내내 점심빼고 숙소에서 먹었는데 다 너무 맛있게 먹었구요.특히 저녁이 진짜 만족스러웠어요. 숙소내에서 어딜가든 맨발로 다니기때문에 진짜 편하구, 그래서인지 처음에 캐리어바퀴도 다 닦아서 가져다주셨어요. 유카타도 저렴히 빌려 입을 수 있어서 하루는 유카타입고 벳푸를 돌아다녔고, 온천도 유명하대서 하루 한번은 꼭 들러서 다녀왔는데 피부 매끈매끈ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 정말정말 너무 만족했던 숙소에요!! 벌써 또 가고싶어요ㅠ
