"The apartment was fine and clean. Only we had not received any check-in information and it took an hour of calling to get in. And the apartments are very noisy, the second night we had guests above us who made noise until 1am. I knocked on the door and then it was quiet."

"The layout of the property is good, with laundry facilities! The down sides are: 1. No usb port; 2. The fire exit light is green and too bright at night that brighten the whole room. 3. "It was a fun stay and I enjoyed my two nights here. You can choose your choice of yukatas. The onsen is well sized and clean with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was also enjoyable with many food options. Only downside was that the room's bathroom was not well maintained - there was a stale smell and mould around the edges of the bath tub, drainage was also very poor leading to pooling of water while showering. r."
