"My room did not have bed pillows. It had 5 sofa pillows (square 1’ x 1’). The cups provided had a bad smell. Rust and missing grout in bathroom. The room clean and neat. Temperature was perfect for me. I never adjusted the thermostat. The continental breakfast choices were not very good. Coffee machines (different machine each day I was there) functioned, but barely. I would stay there again but would not have very high expectations. Friendly enough people but English didn’t...
