The location is excellent, on the seafront with a large sunny balcony. The heated swimming pool is great and there is a large terrace by the outdoor pool with many sun loungers. Friendly reception staff.

Fabulous find - wonderful apartments

Fantastic apartment with everything you need. We stayed in 20D which we were a little apprehensive about but needn’t have worried. Cleaner came in twice in our nine nights but there are large bins on each floor and I’m certain that the reception would change towels or accommodate any requests. Modern and clean facilities. There was some staining to the shower base and bathroom window but this is to be expected. The views were amazing especially for the corner room (D and A if you wish one of these!). We found the staff to be polite, professional and very helpful. Our only criticism (but didn’t bother us as you have the beach on the doorstep) is that the pool area - we didn’t feel - was either adequate (not enough beds) or pleasant. There isn’t a pool bar/background music etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment location was excellent, apartment itself was very clean and tidy , lovely big balcony, and had all the facilities we required. Thought it was getting a bit tired and could do with some updates. We found the beds very hard and uncomfortable, maybe just our taste. The pillows where rubbish. TV was impossible to watch , too much break up , luckily I brought my own fire stick which worked fine with a vpn. Communal areas where lovely and the pool area was great, we did eat in the restaurant one night , good choice of menu but it wasn't all that good, pretty average but eatable. Apart from that our stay was fine , we would return.

Property in good location 2nd time staying here and just like last year requested not to be any higher than 8th floor were put on 18th. This year although I actually went into the hotel in March and requested the same which they took a note of,we were still put on 12th floor. Apartment was very dated settee very old,we arrived on Sunday 18th May and housekeeping did not appear until Thursday 22nd May not great. Pool area very nice although bins not emptied daily. Indoor pool definitely not child friendly. Staff on reception very unapproachable and would not even lift their head as you walked by, except for Patrick and the young guy on night duty. Overall a nice quite place to stay in a very good location,but the rooms need updating and reception staff need people skill training. No great on site facilities either ie no gym, reading areas,or kid facilities,nothing in the apartment on arrival ie water,juice,milk,tea or coffee, would not cost much for this,as it is not a cheap place to stay.

Prime location on the beachfront . Apartment very dated but was clean . The beds were very comfortable. However on the first night the door handle came off as we tried to leave the apartment. The maintenance man came to mend it the next day but it still wasn’t very stable and indeed it came off again on our last day. The second day the shower screen fell off whilst I was in the shower. This was repaired the next day even though I had reported it early in the morning. There is no washing machine in the apartment which I was aware of when I booked. All in all I think the apartments are overpriced and there are much more modern apartments in the area with better facilities which I have stayed in previously. However you would have to forfeit the sea view which is the best thing about these apartments. I would probably not book these apartments again due to the issues mentioned above. However if the apartments had a refurb I would book again as the location is superb. Karen

Nice apartments,surly reception staff.

Overall I liked Les Dunes Suites,good size apartment,beds quite comfy,bathroom average condition and shower a hit and miss. Good size balcony with a mix of chairs for some reason. Apartments cleaned every 4 days with change of towels,should be more in my opinion. 4 lifts in operation and pretty quick. Les Dunes reception staff very surly with all but the Spanish residents,on arrival we were given an apartment on the 21st floor after requesting by email when booking and a couple of weeks before arrival that we would be no higher than floor 8 due to my wife not likeing heights,David on reception completely dismissed our request saying this was impossible and to come back in the morning which I did only to be told by another member of reception staff that this was impossible due to it being on a Friday before the weekend and to wait to Monday,needless to say we were on the 21st floor for the duration of our 9 days. Les dunes could also do better with some kind of arrival pack in the apartment especially for late arrivals like ourselves 10.30pm,and not as much as a bottle of water in the fridge completely empty. Also on checkout 12pm we were asked to leave our cases in the cupboard next to reception,and informed we could freshen up in the showers in the indoor pool just to come to reception when ready and they would supply us with towels,when the time came to do this we were met by another surly staff member who said no we don't do this,and as I was'nt taking no for an answer she

Lovely apartment although could do with a little bit of TLC in some areas. Kitchen area tiny and no oven. Ok for me because ate out a lot. Lovely staff. Restaurant and bar very clean and food good….. not excellent but plenty of places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay again

Good view from the balcony

The accommodation was good. I would have liked a cleaning pack for the kitchen with dishcloth, detergent etc. more soap and gel in the bathroom. Salt, pepper oil and vinegar in the dispensers.
