It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community pool open seasonally (06/01-09/30), outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival (few spaces), 1 Smart TV, 1 ceiling fan, washing machine, iron.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

- Pets are allowed (maximum 1 per reservation and less than 6 kilos) with a supplement of €10 per night with a maximum of €50 per stay.

Vrbo website stated the unit had a hair dryer but it did not, when discussed with management company they advised it does not say there is one in the apartment.Wife was not best pleased as we had not packed one.Ended up having to buy one.Apart from that everything else was ok, it feels a little smaller than the pictures show but was great for the two of us.

La ubicación espectacular, el piso aunque pequeño muy acogedor, las vistas muy bonitas, estaba muy limpio, MC Donalds y burguer King al ladito😜 El parking es muy pequeño y en verano lo más seguro es que no puedas aparcar ya que no tienes un número de aparcamiento, aparcas si hay hueco libre, la piscina aunque estaba cerrada puedo decir que era pequeña.

La taille de la piscine était très bien comparé à la photo du site où elle semblait petite Gros merci au bureau booking Benidorm. Nous avions laissé les clés de l’appartement dedans, ils nous ont ramené les doubles en dehors des heures d’ouvertures du bureau Il n’y a presque pas de parking 10 places peut-être. On a eu un coup de chance d’en avoir une. Du coup on a plus osé toucher la voiture.tout est payant autour.
