  • Bright apartment located between Levante Beach and Rincón de Loix, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach.



    The apartment is located on the 12th floor of the Torre Estoril building. It has a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. A fully renovated bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and portable oven and kitchen utensils and communicates with a gallery with a washing machine.



    The lounge also has access to the terrace, provided with sofa bed, dining table, WiFi, TV and air conditioning for a fee.



    The building has a seasonal outdoor community swimming pool surrounded by grass, a community parking subject to availability, and concierge service. The area is pleasant, next to the weekly market in Benidorm, close to the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Excelente gestión y un trato inigualable

Quiero agradecer a Gestaltur y en especial a Laura y Samantha el trato tan amable y cercano que le dieron a mi hijo y a sus amigos. Sabiendo que los chicos hacían un viaje largo en autobús, nos llamaron el día anterior para ofrecerles entrar al apartamento mucho antes de la hora oficial (las 17:00h), para que pudieran descansar. Además, nos facilitaron todo por WhatsApp: la ubicación de la oficina, indicaciones de distancia hasta el apartamento y comunicación. Da gusto encontrar empresas y trabajadores tan profesionales. Muchas gracias por todo! Que el aire acondicionado estuviera incluido en el precio.
