The Space:

This townhouse located in Golden Square Bendigo is walking distance from Bendigo's CBD making this the perfect base for all of Bendigo's main attractions. Plus, the supermarket is just across the road for added convenience.



This home offers plenty of space, with enough room for up to nine guests.



On the top floor of this townhouse, you'll find three bedrooms all with queen size beds. The main bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in robe. There is also a shared bathroom upstairs (with bath and shower) and separate toilet. All bedrooms have ample storage and comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. You'll fall in love with how well this space is designed for all types of travelers. There is also an additional single bed mattress that can be placed on the floor for guests wanting to fit nine guests in total.



Downstairs, you'll find two living rooms. The main living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an additional space for two guests during your stay. Guests can enjoy an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with all the amenities you need to get started.



You can sit back and relax in front of the flat screen TV, enjoy a meal at the dining table or cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and more). Plus, this townhouse has a toilet downstairs and European laundry which you can use free of charge during your stay.



If you prefer spending time outdoors, this home has a backyard with BBQ, seating area and is fully fenced. The backyard also has a clothesline for added convenience.



Offering year-round comfort, this home has 2 split systems, ducted heating and fans in bedrooms. What's more, you can enjoy access to a double garage during your stay.

- Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property.

- If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay

- The sofa bed is in the main living area.

- The sofa bed and single mattress will not be made up upon entry. If you need to use the sofa bed or single bed mattress during your stay, spare linen is available in the linen cupboard.

- This home has one flight of stairs. Please take note of this when booking this townhouse.
