This three bedroom home in the tightly held holiday village on the South Coast of NSW is available for rest and relaxation.

Just walk across the road for an early morning walk and swim to rejuvenate the mind and body - you may be even lucky enough to catch site of some local dolphins enjoying the water also.

Open plan kitchen with nespresso pod machine, dining and loungeroom and three bedrooms with ceiling fans.

King bed/ Queen bed + single bed/ Queen bed + single bed

Linen provided.

Slow combustion fire and gas heating.

There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and a second separate toilet at rear.

Also an outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off after the beach.

The deck looks out to the waterfront reserve and has a gas BBQ and outdoor seating to relax and enjoy those balmy summer evenings undercover.

Bendalong shop and Cafe are a short stroll from this beach house.

Bendalong is a 30 minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centers, cinemas, pubs and clubs.

At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.

Strictly no smoking inside or pets at this property as local kangaroos visit.

Great house in a great location

Lovely house, lots of space, great balcony that looks through the trees to the water. Easy walk to play with the stingrays and also to the surf beach. House has everything - although a dryer would be a great addition as we went on a rainy weekend and it was hard to get all our towels dry after all the beach trips.

WATER GLIMPSES AND WALLABIES

Perfectly located across the road from Washerwoman's beach and 5 minuted to the boat ramp. The large front balcony has filtered views of the water and bushland opposite. Great kitchen and BBQ.. large bathroom and a combustion fire place! 2 very large bedrooms and the 3rd with a king size bed. We enjoyed staying here and would rent again!

The house is lovely and great location. The people from Ray White were lovely as well. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but it wasn't the end of the world. Everything else was grand.

Lovely location

We love Bendalong. It feels like you are a million miles away. Quiet. Beautiful. The house was comfortable and in a great location and the new bathroom was lovely. The cleanliness of the kitchen and its contents were not great though.

Amazing Property!

The house is very spacious, clean and gorgeous! Huge decking at the front for bbq's, directly across the road from the beach. Has pretty much everything you could ask for in a place! No need to bring any kitchen/bathroom utensils, it has it all!

Brilliant stay

What a great weekend. This place ticks all the boxes. The position is perfect, there were beautiful bay beaches, surf beaches, all within easy walking distance.The only thing between the house and water is a couple of kangaroos and a 2 minute bush trail! Our children loved the calm bay water yet the surf beach was awesome. The house and all its fittings look brand new and the fire place heated the whole house easily. The covered front veranda allowed for great BBQs whatever the weather.Loved it here can't wait to get back. Thankyou
