"Very clean and well-maintained property with attentive and friendly staff. There was a lot of food choices for breakfast."

"Hotel was fine. You can tell it was once grand, but it’s starting to show age. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, but pillows were worse (you could get different ones but had to pay for them). Front desk staff was unfriendly and rude. Bartenders were amazing. Morning breakfast had lots of variety and options and was decent. Hotel is starting to wear out overall. No AC made it impossible to be in the room during the day. Entry to rooms are disasterous keys. You can hear everything through the walls....

"It was foggy and rainy during our stay, but the place still looked beautiful, calm and very relaxing. I very much enjoyed the hotel especially the spa and pool. I just hope that when we return next year, they'll have a plumper foam pillows!"

"Willa Jan is very clean and quiet and the breakfast buffet was lovely. We really enjoyed the sauna as well! The only drawback is the location—it is not walkable into town and there are no dinner options that don’t require a taxi or uber ride. When requesting a mountain view, ask for a higher floor as the lower floors have mainly views of the neighboring villas with mountains peeping through. Overall nice stay!"
