I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Wojciech, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, he was friendly, professional. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Dinners in the restaurant were fabulous. Absolutely delicious and the presentation was spectacular. Hotel is in a good and walkable location to the main tourist street and has onsite guest parking.

Nice hotel.

It was a nice hotel in a good location. Around a 5/10 minute walk to the main town street. Staff were always friendly and approachable. Was lovely and extremely quiet throughout the night. I personally found breakfast lacking but it was more suited to the Polish taste (which is understandable considering it's a Polish holiday resort)

A fantastic hotel in Zakopane. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and well equipped amenities. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all so helpful. As we were there in the shoulder season, the upper floor area sitting area wasn't fully functional, but offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Would highly recommend this property to anyone considering this gem of a mountain town.

Beautiful mountain view with huge balcony. Top quality breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff with decent English skills. Short walk to main shopping area and restaurants. Nothing was not good, very nice place to stay! I very much recommend to have dinner there. Ofcourse it is nice to go into Zakopane, but if you do not have dinner at Lagos, you will really miss something. Thank you.

Nice overall, but could be a lot better if they sweated the details. The rooms have nice balconies but no furniture. The spa fitness center has a nice hot tub, sauna and steam room, but no weights ir benches. The room is spacious, but there's no luggage rack. The bathroom has a hair dryer, but no shampoo. Etc.
