"A lovely Riad that was very convenient for the main square. The staff could not do enough for us. Delicious breakfast on the roof terrace each morning. Comfortable, well equipped room. Perfect for exploring Marrakech and would definitely stay here again if we ever return."

"What a fabulous Riad. From the moment you walk in you are greeted like family. You are served tea and pastries in the courtyard for the check in while your bags are taken to your room. We had the suite w/ terrace overlooking the courtyard which is a beautiful room. The entire staff are always available to help you and usually anticipate what you need before you ask. Great breakfast included every morning. Dinners in the restaurant are excellent with huge servings. Just can’t say enough about how special this Riad is. Want to say thank you to all the staff but a special thank you to Mohammed and Hakin who took care of us morning to night. They made my granddaughters birthday one she will never forget. "Honestly, this was "Average" (3-Star), but it got upgraded a star because of 1-2 service/concierge agents. They did really go above and beyond to help transport luggage left behind from Marrakech to Casablanca, and one who served as a translator when my wife was sick and had the doctor visit us in the room. Otherwise, I find the place to be too conceited about what they think their persona actually is. Four Season, Mandarin, Aman and of course the Royal Mansour - all better options."

"The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it. "
