"Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Good price. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. We did have a drink at the bar which was fairly reasonably priced for a hotel. This hotel offers very good value for money. "

"Reception staff were very welcoming, room was very clean, and breakfast was very nice. I didn't like the attitude of the women in the spa section, felt like they were talking down to me had a lot of ego and arrogance, not sure if it was a colour thing. "

"Excellent location. Parking in underground car park good and inexpensive. Staff were very helpful. The Air conditioning was not functioning however was being repaired. As the weather wasn’t too bad this was not an issue during our stay."

"The room was nice, ive stayed before and the standards vary. But overall a lovely stay with a nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna for free with the stay. Free parking and comfy beds. "

"We recently stayed at this hotel after breaking down on our journey. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make our first night and phoned the hotel to explain the situation. The woman we spoke to didn’t seem very interested or concerned, and we were disappointed that nobody even asked if we were okay given the circumstances. When we finally arrived the following evening around 5:30pm, the staff there were friendly and welcoming, and the stay itself was pleasant. However, the lack of empathy and customer care during our initial phone call left a negative first impression. Overall, the hotel itself was fine, but better communication and understanding in situations like this would really improve the customer experience."
