"Great property in a private community about 5 miles up the hill from downtown Jim Thorpe. Community features a pool, lake, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts all of which are about a 5 minute walk from the house. We rented the six person golf cart that was at the house as well which was good for getting kids and the dog around.The backyard was great for hanging out with a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub. There's also a Blackstone griddle on the back deck that's in excellent shape where I cooked multiple meals.Lots to do inside the house as well. Upstairs there's a game room (I think it was a Play Station in there, my kids enjoyed it), a theater room and one of the two upstairs bedrooms has foosball, mini-basketball, an electronic football game, and a mini-football toss.Garage has a Smith Machine for working out as well as a trap bar, EZ Curl bar, a few kettlebells and about 400 lbs worth of plates. There's also the indoor basketball in the garage which my kids also enjoyed.Three bedrooms downstairs including the master bedroom. Only recommendation I would make is if you have teenagers that stay up later than you, sleep on the other side of the downstairs instead of the master bedroom. My kids were up late playing foosball and mini-basketball and it is directly above the master bedroom.Several restaurants in the area, Thorpe's 903 is good as is Dom N Ali which are both within 3 miles of the house.Quiet and relaxing, definitely recommended."

"Thank you so much, Mark, for an amazing staycation at your Blue Mountain home! This property truly has everything you could need for a getaway with family or friends. We loved taking in the natural beauty of the local hikes, and sitting around the fire pit stargazing under the moonlit mountain backdrop was unforgettable.The moment we made the turn up the hill and caught our first glimpse of the house, we were in complete awe! The outdoor amenities are incredible—the playground, pickleball court, basketball hoop, and outdoor deck made dining outside for breakfast, brunch, and dinner a highlight of our trip.Inside, the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house was gorgeous, and the basement full of games kept everyone entertained. Mark was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you again, Mark!"

"Property was great and clean! Host was very responsive and helpful! The cabin was very nice with plenty of rooms, space, and beds. There was plenty of space outside for parking and even a cute fire pit. Communication and rules were clear and simple. We had a fun weekend and enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend."
