"The water was very hot (I steeped tea!), the water pressure was good and the towels were clean. If you think of it as a quirky self-serve room, with no assistance, allow 15 min to 3 hours to check in, bring your own toilet paper and cleaning supplies, it’s totally fine. Some nice bakeries etc. in walking distance. I would love to see the staff there get about 800% more support: training, processes, more staff, clearer communication and role definition, and probably better pay."
