The towels appeared to have been washed but smelt VERY bad, as if they had been put away while still very damp. We saw no hot water come out of the taps for the first 24 hours of our stay, despite trying periodically. We eventually had a brief bit of hot water but it only lasted long enough for my wife to have a shower. Mine was cold. And worst of all, they were over booked for our second...
