Nos engañaron con la ubicación
Presentan información falta cuando ves el hotel, pues dice que está cerca del muelle y te describe que está a 1 minuto del malecón y a 4 del muelle y es FALSO…..este hotel no está cerca de nada, está como a 10 minutos del puerto.
Me siento estafada, lastimosamente por falta de internet no pude cancelar mi reserva al momento de llegar, y por falta de disponibilidad en otro lado.
Las habitaciones son grandes y camas y toallas cómodas.
Las habitaciones estaban limpias pero el
Hotel en si, entrada, pasillos, escaleras estaban sucios y llenos de bichos muertos.
Tienen problemas con el Flujo de agua y con el agua caliente.
El personal siempre amable eso si.
Es una lástima que no ofrecen nada de comer por las noches especialmente considerando que es lejos de puerto y por ahí no hay nada.
