Fantastic hotel with wonderful rooms and access to one of the best gyms in the city. 4.5 star hotel that's better than most 5 star.

Very well situated modern 5 star hote.
Very good modern hotel, great loaction in CBD hundreds of restaurant within a mile and grsat brew pub on site. Good subway and road access attached to China Mall.

Best bed and pillows ever! Amazing gym and u have to have a cold latte at the gym. Don’t like the marble floor just outside of the the shower. Nearly slipped and fell. All the staff we encountered were great beside the 2 concierge on duty on 23 July.

Great staff ; great facilities - I was originally in 822 but it was too noisy due to a rooftop bar; I was relocated immediately ; staff was amazing

Excellent Hotel. I would highly recommend.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a contemporary vibe to it and it is in a great neighbourhood. Located in the Central Business District, It is within walking distance form nice spots like the China World Mall, San Li Tun, Ritan Park, Embassy district, CCTV and, if you like to walk, The Forbidden City and Tian’anmen Square. All experiences and facilities were great. Breakfast, Train Yard Gym, Room Service, etc. And the staff were very nice and friendly. I have ONE suggestion for improvement though.... The WiFi in the rooms kept cutting in and out at different times of the day. I think something can be done by their technology department to make this better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Beijing.

Hotel Jen, I'll be back!
I had a great experience at Hotel Jen due to the following Area: Located near Beijing's financial district, the area is clean and have great accessibility to public transportation. The hotel itself was located next to a large shopping center which provided easy access to a large variety of restaurants & shops. Staff: Front Desk were responsive and generally bilingual. Cleaning staff was friendly and consistent with their cleaning. I even had a Cleaning Staff approach and ask about the quality of their service (which to me, shows that customer satisfaction is a priority). Room: Had all the furnishing that you would expect from a 4.5 star hotel. My only complaint is that their WIFI is pretty poor and was barely usable. Gym: I have never seen a better hotel gym! I had access to classes, equipment (MMA to standard weight room), and a pool (although it went over construction).

Amazing place. Rooms are very modern with a great view! Breakfast buffet is a perfect way to start the day. Would definitely recommend staying here. I will definitely stay again if I am in Beijing.
