"The property is best accessed by car however you’ll need to walk down hill with your luggage to reach the apartment. Once you’re there and settled you’ll have walking access to multiple gorgeous beaches & hikes, which are amazing! We loved it. The apartment is functional, but on the small side. For two couples who travel together often it was fine for a couple nights, best set up for a family. The two bathrooms were appreciated. The host was super welcoming & very easy to reach."

"The flat was in a five star location with incredible sea views. Overall. the place was well equipped. We were very comfortable and the pool was wonderful! We had the pool to ourselves all week and didn't see anyone else use it apart from on one occasion. The closest beach at Sa Tuna was a delight but unless you enjoy an uphill walk of a little over a mile, a car is a necessity. Michel was a friendly host and communication with him was easy and polite. We would recommend a stay in this property....

"This apartment had a wonderful location and we thoroughly enjoyed Roses. However the property itself was lacking a little bit. First of all, the address that we were provided was the street behind the building and we had a frustrating time finding the property manager to check in. In the unit, which was clean, electrical outlets everywhere, but no reading lights were provided. A floor lamp in the living room did not have light bulbs in it. "Nice little studio in good location compared to value of surrounding properties. Although we were coming from VRBO's in both Barcelona and Madrid, as North Americans we had problems with appliances. The induction stove top shut down on us, apparently due to overheating, but we only had 2 burners on medium--cooking a pot of pasta shouldn't be that difficult. There was a periodic, maddening "beep" from somewhere in the kitchen we never could locate (it eventually would stop). Host provided video...

"Apartment is nice and spacious (we stayed with 5). Pool is right across the street. The pool rules surprised us (no snorkels, no pool balls/toys, no air beds) please keep that in mind. Tennis court is well maintained and easy to reserve at the care taker."
