"My first impression of the property was similar to the past reviewers in that the outside was run down and needed some upkeep/repairs. The house in the property photos is actually split into two different units (upper and lower) which isn’t clear in the posting, but was okay. The inside of the apartment was cute, but did have some issues. "The place is much nicer than the photos. Huge space. We barely used the basement and we had 2 small kids that wanted to run everywhere. Close to a rocky beach and local towns. Great yard with deer visiting every morning."

"This location is great! It is right off Water Street, and is within walking distance of all things Saugatuck! The outdoor space was nice and comfortable, and it was great to not have to look for parking downtown."
