"The Good: very friendly and helpful receptionist - Catherine and other room service staff, spacious and very clean, newly renovated rooms and clean bed/linen. Good price, decent breakfast spread. The Bad: the bathtub was choked and they didn't have maintenance person till 8:30 am to fix it, despite telling them I had to take shower and check-out soon, the available staff didn't bother getting a plunger and doing it themselves, and they didn't have any spare room which they could swap me in or let me use the bathroom - they offered employee washroom! While I understand given the remote location maintenance staff is not available on call, but I would have expected better emergency handling than this by having a spare room or existing staff helping. Also the location is too far, takes 1hr / 80km one way drive to Jasper town, not worth wasting vacation time and fuel to save on Hotel. Next time I would rather book a hotel in Jasper."
