"My three teens and I spent the Easter weekend here and had the best time. We loved that the property was large enough to hike around and we did several walks up the hill there. We even spotted a coyote one evening and several deer another morning. For being just off of Hwy 61, the property is actually so quiet and peaceful and I loved the peeks of lake you get out of the windows. The house was clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is ideal. Quick drives to the state parks, local parks and so many things to do. We all agreed we want to come back in warmer weather, but the snowy weather offered plenty of adventures too! We visited Split Rock Lighthouse, Tettagouche, and Black Beach all while there. The sauna was an awesome addition that we didn't expect when we first booked, but we used and enjoyed it every day."
