"This place was by far the best place we ever had up North. Secluded but not isolated, you feel like at the tip end end of the Northshore! Close to Gooseberry and the lighthouse, few miles away from our favorite pie place, stunning view, awesome beach, fire on the beach, beautiful wooden house, fully equipped. And last but not the least: flawless communication with the manager. Our visiting family was so amazed, and we are greatful to have found this gem. Hope to go back again😀"

"Overall, our stay was enjoyable! The cabin is super cute and stocked with all of the necessities, bonus bathroom products in the shower. It was very easy to get in and out of as it is off hwy 61 however you could hear the traffic into the night and early AM. If noise is an issue while sleeping, I would suggest a fan or noise machine. It was really nice to have multiple king beds - both are very firm. We appreciated having a blow up air mattress available. The sauna is wonderful for relaxing...

"This is a quite retreat for anyone looking to get away from the hustle of life. Beautiful view of Lake Superior, no neighbors, woodsy, clean, and well stocked. It is close to the Splitrock lighthouse and Gooseberry Falls, which we enjoyed very much. After a cold hike, warming up with the fireplace and coffee was just the ticket. I would recommend this place if you really want to relax."

"Its very cozy. Its clean and fully equipped! It has everything you can ever need on a family get away. It even has binoculars for us to use on our hiking. Love how its few steps away from the beautiful Lake Superior. Its so relaxing waking up to the sound of waves in the morning while sipping your coffee. Its 2 miles away from Gooseberry falls and very close to all trails that lead you to appreciate the beauty of the North. We will come back again !!!!!"

"This cabin was perfect for our stay, close to Gooseberry Falls and not too far from restaurants and Two Harbors. The cabin was well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Spacious, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, with that said, the smaller bedroom with the bunk beds leave much to be desired. "My husband and I loved everything about this cabin. It is private up on a hill with a gorgeous view yet close to many things. The cabin is of excellent design and every aspect works perfectly. I loved the barn doors on the master bedroom that we could close in the morning when I got up earlier than my husband to make coffee. Most A frame designs leave the loft bedroom open to all of the noises of the kitchen but not this cabin. I also loved looking out over the lake while soaking in the copper...

"Hosts were incredible and easy to communicate with, very quick! Our family stayed here for college graduation and it was a fantastic, welcome retreat from the Canal Park and downtown area. We love the North Shore and it was a most delightful stay. I think the ONLY thing I said it was missing was toothpicks, haha! Seriously, everything was fantastic! I felt very "at home" which was important to me as the mom of the college grad with lots of family to attend to, the last thing I needed to worry...
