I've stayed at several hotels around Beaune over the years and this was my first stay at the Belle Epoque, which was lovely and I will definitely return. Large rooms for a hotel in a historic building, friendly staff, very quiet. Definitely recommended!

While the property has very nice employees the rooms were very dated with extremely worn carpet and dorm type beds. Only the bathroom had been upgraded in the past 20 years. Plugs were very limited. Staircase is circular and very difficult to manage with luggage. Tried to reduce our stay to one night but would not discuss. Would not recommend for a vacation stop

The staff did everything to insure our satisfaction. Taxi’s are very difficult to find, but our staff volunteered to drive us to the train station in their personal vehicle if no taxi could be found. One shout out to Kevin for all is help. He is a gentlemen and a true professional

Great location and nice room
Great location close to restaurants and sights. Good size bed room and large bathroom. All staff i met were friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

We didn’t like much about this property. The room was very small and facing the setting sun on a warm late May Day wind no wind blowing. It was hot inside the room. It had an A/C unit but was deactivated by management. They refused to turn it on. We had to sleep with the window and door OPEN to eventually get temperature comfortable around midnight. Management showed they didn’t care for customer comfort!!!

It was a sweet little surprise hidden on a quiet street. We were able to walk everywhere in this beautiful town of Beaune. The ramparts, the restaurants, the flowers everywhere, the walkway around the park, it was ll beautiful.

We have stayed in this hotel on several occasions now and would thoroughly recommend. Close to the centre of town with places to eat and drink nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Two to Three star hotel.
Hotel Belle Epoque is conveniently located. The building has a lot of charm but it is OLD. They have on-site parking and had a very good shower. The rooms are spacious. The bed is old, the bedding is old and the towels are old. I would stay there again as it was basically sufficient but I would not set it as a destination. Price was bout $200 a night and value about $100 if that helps.

YES it was good considering iu only booked it 10 minuites before we drove into the car park he was pretty unfriendly though demanding us to where masks, we hadnt read the rules as they were in French on the door. And when we went out to eat almonst immediately our door didnt lock but he was more helpful then..he recomeended us a great place for dinner especially on a sunday night so that made up for his lack of sense of humour adter our 10 hour journey!

EXCELLENT STAY AT THE HOTEL BELLE EPOQUE
THE HOTEL LOCATION IN BEAUNE WAS CENTRAL AND MADE EXPLORING BEAUNE ON FOOT EASY. THE ROOM AND PROPERTY WERE VERY NICE, CLEAN AND EXCELLENTLY MAINTAINED. THE STAFF WAS VERY CONSIDERATE AND OF GREAT ASSISTANCE; THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE OUR STAY A SUCCESS. I WOULD GLADLY STAY THERE AGAIN; HOPEFULY THAT WILL HAPPEN!

This was the second time we have stayed at this small comfortable hotel in Beaune. Excellent location with wine bars and restaurants near by and a short walk into the centre of town.

I have stayed there many times - it is the best value in Beaune in my view. You can walk downtown in about 5 minutes - have a glass of wine at LeCep on the way:). Quiet, safe, easy good parking. Can't say enough and I travel a lot.
