It was so horrible that I took photos. The only saving grace for the entire stay was the staff. They were incredible. They deserve to be in a hotel that matches their professionalism and welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, they work in a gross hotel. "

"Upon arrival, our room was clean & we were able to check in a little early than 3 p.m. The staff was very professional & checked us in promptly. Later in the evening we went to the bar for drinks & decided to eat supper while there. The food was excellent & Leslie, the bartender was gracious, professional & very knowledgeable of the questions I asked. She was included in the conversations several of us at the bar were having & she talked very highly of MGM Elegante. We will revisit this hotel on our next trip. Although they were in a renovating stage; it did not interrupt our stay at all."

"Room is in need of repairs and serious cleaning. The furniture is stained. The breakfast is a bad joke. The worst thing is the anti-2A sign on the door. Unless you walk in the back door, no sign there. This sign makes me feel very unsafe. When criminals are the only ones able to carry a weapon. I alway appreciate the thought that a good guy with a weapon may be there. This is something Expedia should have available on their site. Good information to know when picking out a hotel. "

"Mediocre hotel. Possibly the worst La Quinta I’ve ever stayed in. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, mold/mildew in shower, water spots on ceiling - and the worst smell throughout the whole room. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. "

"Parking was great, staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. Mattresses don’t have an encasement, so it was unsettling seeing the bare mattress when the sheets would ride up. AC worked fine. "
