"Amazing time!!! We absolutely loved it!!!!"

"This was the prefect location for us to explore Gatlinburg, New Tazewell. Whitt's Meat Market is the best place to grab steaks, hot dogs to grill whole you view the lake. Appreciated the having charcoal and lighter fluid. Dollar General is very close as is the local restaurant that had the best fired chicken. Residents were friendly and received a gift of some very nice spider plants that were from four generations. Accommodations were nice but you should take extra blankets, a kitchen knife, cutting board and coffee pods as there is no coffee pot. We were not allowed access to the lake across the street nor were we informed until we checked in. Lots of wild life! Thank you for making accommodations for my ADA approved service Champion. Hope to return in the future."

"The hotel was clean and parking was easy to find. We didn’t eat breakfast, but it did smell good. Pros: the staff was incredible. I thought I had booked a king room with a sofa bed. When we got there, there was only the king bed. That wasn’t ideal for us and our 13 year old son. The girl at the front desk brought us a roll away bed within 10 minutes. The indoor pool was nice. My son liked it because it didn’t have too much chlorine in it. Cons: the AC wasn’t great. It was set on 66 and never got very cool. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. The bedding was nice and soft but the pillows were awful- way too soft and flat. My final complaint was the toilet. It was very low to the ground. If you have no mobility issues, this will not be a big deal. If you have any knee issues especially, it’s problematic. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again, but I’d bring my own pillow next time."

"Bed was good. Parking good. I was told there was a coffee pit in the room, there was not. No soap, except a shampoo/conditioner packet. I used to wash my hands. I got in late so it wasn’t worth the trouble to get what I wanted. I just left"
