"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was blah, no breakfast meat offered and it became boring on the 3rd morning. Nice service offering a free shuttle to and from downtown. Everything was super clean and the hotel was quiet. "

"With my large family including 4 grandchildren, this house and the bedrooms were perfect. There is a room with 3 bed that was perfect for my 3 granddaughters, a room for my grandson, a master for me and my husband and a room for my son and his wife. Plenty of bathrooms too. My sons dog had a great time with exploring the large property that surrounds this home. We were 13 minutes from downtown Nashville. It was one of our best trips we have taken as a family."

"The building is new and evething in it is new. Very clean. The only issue is when people walk on the floor above you, you can hear it clearly."

"Very clean house! Quiet neighbors and everything needed to make our stay complete. We had children with us from 7-17 years old and they were all able to keep themselves entertained and happy. Full kitchen use and PLENTY of space for the fourteen family members that came with us on this trip to see Tyler Childers! I cannot emphasize enough at how clean the whole house was! We were very happy with our stay and recommend The Playhouse for your next visit to Nashville! "

"We fully enjoyed our time at this home. Super spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the Nashville skyline from the upstairs porch. Location was only okay, not much to do in the area. But everything we wanted to do was only short drive away and around a 20 uber ride. "

"Loved staying here and management was very responsive! Apartment was clean and spacious with beautiful city views. The building itself and the outside areas could use some cleaning/maintenace/upkeep (there were a lot of spiders’ webs and siding of building was dirty). Overall, I would stay here again as the inside was neat and welcoming and management was responsive and helpful. "
