"We had eleven people, ages 14 to 60, stay here for a family event in Nashville. The bedrooms and beds available made it super easy to accommodate everyone. The common spaces are smaller but had seating, tvs, ping pong and dart board for entertainment. (Outside space would be great in nicer weather!) There is also a park with playground just a short walk away.It is an older house in an older neighborhood - this is not a judgement or complaint, just an observation. If you expect luxury then maybe it's not the house for you. If you want cleanliness, a friendly and responsive host, accommodations for a large group and located just a short drive from Nashville's highlights then this is the perfect house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and I would stay here again in the future!"
Charming 3-bedroom cottage in welcoming Nashville with WiFi, AC
10/10 Excellent
"The first good sign- the host was responsive and very friendly. That continued to be the case from renting through the end of our stay. The place itself is super cute, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which was great because we chose to make dinner and breakfast "at home". There is plenty of available non street parking. Everyone in the family enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"The house was perfect. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of space with the 9 adults in our party. The beds were very comfortable and the house felt like home. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town. "
