"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Nalagi, and everything else was good. However, one area that needs improvement is the luggage assistant service. We had eight pieces of luggage and waited for quite some time for a porter to assist us, both on arrival and departure. After calling reception twice, we were repeatedly told,”he is coming“. Unfortunately, after waiting for more than 30 minutes nobody turned up. Eventually, we decided to move all eight pieces of luggage ourselves. The lift situation was another challenge altogether. We completely understand that staff can get busy and that delays happen. However, we would appreciate more specific communication regarding waiting times. Rather than simply telling guests that someone is coming, please provide an estimated time so guest know what to expect and can plan their day accordingly. We had places to visit and did not want to be left waiting without knowing how long it would take. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and hope these feedback helps improve the guest experience for future visits. We would happily consider staying again."
