"This was our second visit to this property. It was very clean and tidy. The location is close to restaurants and the Erie waterway. The inn is very quaint and was very obvious to us that the current owner has updated the property. The bathroom was remodeled, the blackout blinds were much newer, and the weather was perfect for opening the screened windows. The continental breakfast offered juice, coffee, fruits, mini pancakes, and some pastries. It was a very pleasant stay (again)."

"We LOVED it here!! Awesome location, clean, good price, and it has everything you need for a great stay in Erie. The beds were super comfy, wide open living room, both bedrooms were just right with ample closet space. Gally kitchen fully equipped with basics. Oasis Bar and grill is on the same street so that's perfect. The private access to Kelso beach is a bonus, however it's not quite walking distance but has guest parking available. Five minutes drive to Presque Isle, and Waldameer Park is literally in I the backyard! I have zero complaints. Would stay here again for "
