Not only was this house located with a beautiful view of Lake Erie, but it had an open floor plan that was perfect for our traveling guests. "We traveled to Erie for the funeral of a family member. The location was good and the accomodations met our needs overall. The lack of an ironing board was inconvenient. Had there been one we would not have had to bring all of our clothing to the home of another family member to iron. Also, it would have been helpful to have had a sink stopper in the kitchen sink."

Cons: Parking is be tricky if you have a bigger vehicle (I have a truck), no washer or dryer, would have loved a keurig (they have a coffee pot). Overall nice clean place and a good host."

"Attendent was present at check-in time. she remembered me from my previous stay. check-in was quick and easy. the only problem was the pine tree above the parking space in front of the room, Pine cones littered the space and I had to park several doors away to avoid them dropping on my car!"
