Only reason i am giving this a 3 is because the staff was very helpful. The bed had a dirty sock in it, which makes me.belive the linens were not changed. I called the front desk and given a new room. Next day the eifi went down, which was unfortunate because i was out of town and needed it the wifi to download the map to my appointment. Again the staff at the front desk printed out the directions for me since the internet was going to be down for a while.
