"My only disappointment was the lack of early check-in. When I called day before to request it, they said could not guarantee it but it was likely. Regular check-in is at 4, I was hoping for 1:00 and was happy to pay for it. Well at 1 they said it had been cleaned but were waiting for the room inspection. Same exact story at 2, except they said it would be just a few more minutes. Same story at 3. Finally we were able to get in at 3:15... So not major complaint but why I didn't give it 5 stars. I would've done 4.5 but not offered on the survey. Note, the biggest reason we wanted in was to put some milk, that was in a cooler in the car but wasn't very cold anymore, in the refrigerator."

"This was our second visit to this property. We travel with another couple. Location is great. Close to the strip, within 15 minutes to our favorite wineries and about 15 to one of our favorite restaurants in Ashtabula (Rennicks) Views great. (Including an Eagle’s Nest next door so we saw eagles flying by all day). Property provides all necessary features needed for our stay. A little bit of wear and tear overall but did not affect our overall experience. We had a great visit with friends and enjoyed the condo. My only suggestion for the host is the patio furniture needs to be replaced. We spent a lot of time sitting out there and the chairs were a bit run down and uncomfortable."

"We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely condo! The view of Lake Erie was amazing and we enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony and listening to the waves. It was like being near the ocean without leaving Ohio! Furniture was of good quality and the beds were comfortable. Building was secure with codes needed to enter. Private beach area had seating, grills and two fire pits. Plenty of dishes, cookware, towels and utensils. There is a coffee pot with filters but you would need to bring your own coffee supplies. Communication with owner was very easy and questions were answered quickly. TVs in both bedrooms and in living room. One thing we didn’t realize is that neither bedroom has a window. This didn’t take away from our experience here but I think it is good to know. We would stay in this unit again!"
