"Wonderful, quiet unit. Peaceful views from the windows & balcony/patio. Loved everything about our stay. Centrally located to many activities, parks & stores. About 5 minutes drive to busy Strip.Sad that the big ferris wheel near the Firehouse Winery on the strip destroyed by bad storms. Great wines & lunch at Ferrantes Winery. Highly recommend!"

"This was our second visit to this property. We travel with another couple. Location is great. Close to the strip, within 15 minutes to our favorite wineries and about 15 to one of our favorite restaurants in Ashtabula (Rennicks) Views great. (Including an Eagle’s Nest next door so we saw eagles flying by all day). Property provides all necessary features needed for our stay. A little bit of wear and tear overall but did not affect our overall experience. We had a great visit with friends and enjoyed the condo. My only suggestion for the host is the patio furniture needs to be replaced. We spent a lot of time sitting out there and the chairs were a bit run down and uncomfortable."

"Although we only stayed overnight we found the accommodations to be very clean and had everything we needed. There were ample towels, flatware, glasses (including wine glasses) and other necessities. The beds were comfortable and the building was quiet. The best feature was the balcony which looked out over Lake Erie."

"This place was excellent, especially if you are looking for a quiet, beachfront place. Sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee and then watching the sunset was our two favorite things there.
