"Aliza was wonderful at check in. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and this was the first time I was told of all the amenities in the complex. She was so pleasant and welcoming. Check in was quick and the room is spacious."

"This hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for a decent enough place to stay and mostly sleep at for a trip. It is affordable and you get essentially what you see in photos. I do wish the staff was friendlier and acknowledged you at least enough to greet you when you arrived but it did not really dampen my experience. We did have an issue with our second key card not working for our room and one of the lights in the room began to delay when turning on the light switch and flickering a bit but we did not have time to address these during our stay. There is also a McDonalds in walking distance directly in front of the hotel which was very convenient since there did not seem to be breakfast offered, though the hotel does have a seating area with tables indoors. The location of the hotel was also very convenient to most locations for a vacation stay. Parking was currently under construction during our trip but this did not affect us at all. There is only one elevator that caused a small wait when waiting for someone going the opposite direction of you to get to their floor, but nothing too notable. Overall, a decent stay that did its job. "

"Over all our trip and stay was super fun. The rooms were what we expected. Nice and clean. However, there were smeared cigarette ashes on the window seal of the outside patio, left by previous occupants. The check-in wasn’t pleasant. The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly and he didn’t program our room pass keys properly, his communication skills were lacking and it took almost a hour for us to get into our Villa. A lady that worked the front office finally came and took care of all the guys mistakes, and we didn’t have any trouble after that. The service at Arnauld’s was excellent and friendly. We enjoyed the arcade, the gift shop, and the lazy river. I would definitely recommend Orange Lake to family and friends for the prices and amenities, plus the location is excellent."

"We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and very well equipped. The pool area was very nice and quiet. We didn’t visit the other amenities as we had friends staying at another resort with activities for the kids (water slides and entertainment, food and drinks etc…) so we spent most of our days with them. Mallory was very responsive and helpful with any questions we may have had! We did have some issues with critters (little lizards and beetles) but it seems to be very common in FL weather this time of year. It was close to groceries stores and restaurants and about 30-40 minutes to Disney and Disney springs (depending on traffic). We will definitely consider coming back if we want a relaxing, clean and well maintained place to stay!"
