"The room was definitely clean and most of the staff were very kind. Breakfast was missing bacon and sausage looked a little underdone. Didn't know about any bar. The pool situation quite upset me. The whole reason we came to this property was for the splash water park and they told us that it's only open from 12-5?!?!? What kind of hours is that?!? It gave us absolutely no time to use the hotel for why we booked it! I am very upset about this. "

"As a solo female traveler, this location would not be highly recommended by me. It appeared to be an older property that needs some TLC and updating. I guess I had expected something more from the photos. I only interacted with the night clerk when I checked in and he was nice. My room had a lingering, urine-like smell, but I was so tired from traveling that I didn't ask to change rooms. The a/c worked fairly well, bed was comfortable, and the water in the shower was hot. For a single night stay, it was sufficient, but I will book elsewhere if I am in the area again."

"Host was very fast to respond when we arrived stating how to get into the gate and the condo, however he gave us a gate code and the gate worker stated they have not had codes in quite a while. You actually have to get a key card at the gate when you arrive. Condo was clean but didn't have any barstools. We stay in this resort every year and we always sit at the huge bar so we were disappointed this specific condo did not have any barstools. The beds were comfortable. The dryer didn't really work. You had to dry clothes at least 4 times to get them dry. Limited wash cloths but we did have enough towels. The A/C broke the day before check out. The host did not respond until hours later due to a different time zone which meant he didn't have time to fix it. I totally understand but I feel someone should be onsite ir close due to the florida heat. He refused to refund the night we had no A/C which was disappointing. Thermostat was reading 85 and was just miserable. Neighbors too loud with windows open so we didn't sleep and were dripping sweat trying to pack the next morning. Things that need attention but didn't really bother us were a broken blind in sliding door, wall paper is hanging off the wall upstairs, very low water pressure in main master bathroom, broken lamp in master bedroom and a broken ice maker. You will need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The door lock was very hard to deal with. Used google and host to figure it out. Bring tubes for lazy river! "

"The house was great. Very pet friendly. The only issues we had was the parking. Because there was no assignments for parking, when we got in late from the theme parks the spots near the house were taken. We ended up parking a few blocks over."
