"The apartment worked well for us exploring the towns and cities around the lake. Overall, we had what we needed although things are a bit tired, worn and in some cases broken. The previous occupant had obviously smoked inside and it was difficult to get rid of the smell. Wifi internet was very poor and difficult to get reliably connected in the apartment. The parking was also in short supply. There is a grocery store called Grand Frais nearby which is 1000% better than Lidl."

Le baby-foot a été très apprécié et nous avons fait de belles parties.La vue sur le lac est magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Elle est bien située dans Evian, et le quartier est calme. L’hôte est toujours disponible et à l’écoute.Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre passage dans cette maison, et nous la recommandons sans hésitation. Petit bémol le fonctionnement des lumières et volets roulants que nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à maitriser. Peut-être y mettre quelques étiquettes pour simplifier les commandes."
